When using the order form, we will phone or email you to confirm the order and method of payment.

At this point we have 3 methods of payment.

1. Postal Money Order or Bank Cheque

2. Direct Bank Deposit

3. Via Credit Card through PayPal

Email us with your order and we will contact you to confirm your order and method of payment.

Payment:

No products will be mailed until payment has been received in full.

Do not make any payments, until an email order confirmation has been send to you.

Payments can then be made via your specified preferred payment method.

NB - At this stage, personal cheques are not acceptable.

POSTAGE

We mail all our parcels express post.

Charges:

Up to 500g = $ 9.00

Up to 3KG = $12.00

Up to 5kg = $18.00

If you place an order worth $200.00 or more, postage is FREE.

Postage Time

We endeavour to mail all parcels within 24 hours or maximum of 3 working/business days. If there is a delay in mailing you will be notified immediately.
